Shipping Policy

Each seller ships independently, shipping is calculated per seller.
30 for 2 day and 60 for overnight
10 for botanicals
If you win auctions from different sellers there will be shipping from each seller.
If you win more than 1 auction from myself, and it is paid for from monday through sunday the site should combine the shipping.

Policies

1. I do not offer refunds. Once you order Pods or millipedes, you get pods or millipedes. Doesn't matter if it has shipped or not. I get charged fees everytime I get an order in. I loose those fees. I do not get them back.

2. Orders placed before 12pm on Sundays will ship that Tuesday or Wednesday. You will receive tracking information once it ships. (I vacation usually once a year in July. Any other dates that I miss I usually post on my fb page or I will email you.)

3. 95⁰ and below can ship 2 day. Both to the door and to a store is LAG covered as long as you follow the LAG policy below.

95⁰ and over, overnight is required to have LAG. Whether to the door or to the store.

Please check your weather before deciding the shipping method. If your temps go over by a degree or 2 and you placed the order the week before, I take all that into consideration if something happens with doas. Communication is important as with anything. If you place an order a week before and your temps change to over 95 just email me and let me know so i can take a mental note because we cannot control mother nature. She has a mind of her own.

4. I provide LAG on 2 day and overnight if you are following the temp guidelines in rule 3. I prefer to the door. If you need it held for pickup because you wont be home, it has to be a UPS store. Direct UPS store. You have 2hrs to pickup for LAG.

To the door: You have to contact me within 30mins of delivery saying you have the box inside. If you skip this step LAG is void. You then have 2 hrs to contact me to tell me there is a problem from the time stamp on the delivery.

For isopods I need photos of alive and dead.
Springtails require video because photos dont sometimes show exactly what is moving and what is not moving. No photos of live and dead isopods or no videos for springtails means LAG is void.

Weather delays or any delays due to the carrier and they come DOA they are not covered. I cannot eat the costs of shipping supplies twice and pods twice due to the carrier or mother nature which I cannot control. I can only pack for whats expected. Not the unexpected.

I do not get reimbursement for delayed deliveries.

You cover shipping always. Even on the replacements. If freebies arrive doa they are that freebies so they are not eligible for replacements.

5. Please choose the shipping method you want. If you want it to go to a store please email me or just put the store location in the shipping location in the order. You can use a UPS direct store address just put in the second address line "hold for pickup". Not a Michael's or Kohls. Direct stores.

6. All pods sold are Captive Bred. I do not sell WC pods.

7. I do not refund shipping charges for a box not arriving on time. That is not my responsibility once it leaves my hands! That is up to the carrier and if you have any issues with that then you will need to take it up with them. I loose money on every box that I send.
