Shipping Policy
Isopods and Springtails only shipped FedEX, 3D prints and botanicals may be shipped FedEx or UPS determined by seller. LAG (Live Arrival Guarantee) only with hold at hub for pickup when temperatures are above 85°F or below 45°F. This is to ensure the safety of your Isopods. We always pack with Cryos/Heatpacks/Gel Packs when necessary.
Each seller ships independently, shipping is calculated per seller:
$30 for 2-Day Shipping
$60 for Overnight Shipping
$10 Shipping per 3D prints or botanicals auction win
If you purchase from more than one seller, you’ll see separate shipping charges for each.
We ship Monday - Wednesday to avoid any shipments being held over weekend.
If you are not able to immediately receive your order, hold at the closest post office is the best shipping option. If using Hold For Pickup, please include a phone number and email in your shipping notes.
If your area’s temperatures are below 45°F and above 85°F, your order will be shipped and held at your local FedEx facility via “Hold For Pickup” unless you stated otherwise. If temperatures are below 40°F or above 90°F shipment will be held until temperatures raise above 40°F or fall below 90°F. You will be notified when your order is shipped. Please ensure the name on the order matches the name on the ID of the person who will be picking it up.
Refund Policy
No Returns or Refunds
Live Arrival Guarantee is voided if the following occurs: incorrect shipping address, shipment not received on the first delivery attempt, declining on Hold For Pickup, or no message is sent with photo proof within 2 hours of pickup from hub or 1 hour of delivery to home address.
