Refund and Dispute Policy
Any refunds, disputes, or issues should first be worked out between the buyer and seller through email. If a resolution cannot be made, a dispute must be formally submitted through the PodKeepers email at isopodkeepers@gmail.com.
After submission, our team will review the information provided and may request additional details. We will contact the other party and request their response and supporting documentation. The responding party will typically be given up to 48 hours to reply, though timelines may vary depending on circumstances. We evaluate all evidence, communication, and relevant policies before issuing a decision.
Auction Rules
- You have 48 hours to complete auction payment. Non-payment may result in cancellation or account action.
- All bids are legally binding.
- By placing a bid, the buyer agrees to complete the purchase if they win.
- Failure to pay may result in account penalties, suspension, or removal from the platform.
- If payment is not received within the required timeframe, the seller may cancel the sale.
- The account may receive a warning or penalty.
- Repeated violations may lead to suspension.
- Strictly prohibited: shill bidding (bidding on your own auction or using others to inflate price), fake accounts, coordinated bid inflation, and withdrawing bids without valid reason.
- Violations may result in permanent ban.
