Shipping Policy
FEDEX OVERNIGHT $60 (LAG INCLUDED)
FEDEX 2 DAY $30 (LAG NOT INCLUDED)
Once goods are received, please contact within ONE hour of pick up.
If any later than an hour, replacements will not be provided.
For FEDEX OVERNIGHT, replacements will be sent of exact amount of DOA +1. Shipping is to be halved by buyer & seller.
For FEDEX 2 DAY, replacements will be sent at 50% of original order with shipping covered fully by buyer. For example, if 10 isopods show up DOA then 5 will be sent. If there is an odd number of DOA's, the replacement amount will be rounded up. For example, if 13 isopods show up DOA then we will send 7.
Will not ship in temperatures above 89 or below 35. If temps do not meet these standards, shipping will be delayed until the following Monday after weather is deemed safe.
