Shipping Policy
1. Our store ships auction items on the following Monday and Tuesdays, weather permitting. Holidays may delay shipment to the next business day.
2. We ship to the 48 contiguous states, excluding Florida.
3. Each seller ships independently, shipping is calculated per seller:
$30 for 2-Day Shipping
$60 for Overnight Shipping
4. Auction winnings ship on the following Monday and Tuesdays. Payment for an auction win must be completed by Sunday at 5pm MST to qualify to have it shipped that Monday or Tuesday.
5. Shipping Options:
FedEx 2‑Day or Overnight (Hold for Pickup only)Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG) applies only when shipments are held at a FedEx hub for pickup.
Orders must be picked up the same day they arrive. Any issues must be reported with photo/video evidence on the day of arrival within 2 hours of pickup.
Shipments sent to a home address are not covered under LAG. At checkout, please provide the FedEx hub location where you’d like your order held. If none is specified, we will ship to the hub closest to your address.
6. Weather & Temperature Conditions:
LAG is valid only when temperatures at the destination are between 40°F and 90°F.
If temperatures are below 40°F or above 90°F, shipping may be delayed for animal safety.
Heat or cold packs are included at no extra cost when necessary.
7. Live Arrival Guarantee Requirements:
Clear photo/video evidence of DOA (Dead on Arrival) animals must be provided the same day of delivery.
LAG covers only the number of animals purchased. Any extras or overcounts included in your shipment are not covered.
Example: If you purchase 10 isopods and receive 15, but 2 arrive DOA, LAG does not apply since you still received the full purchased amount.
Right to Delay Shipping:
We reserve the right to delay shipments during extreme weather conditions to protect the health and safety of the animals.
Refund Policy
Replacement or refund is offered in the event of DOA's that fall within the Live Arrival Guarantee Policy.
Live Arrival Guarantee is voided if the following occurs: incorrect shipping address, shipment not received on the first delivery attempt, declining on Hold For Pickup or no message is sent with photo proof within 2 hours.
