Shipping Policy
FedEx shipping for animals or boxes being held at hub. If you chose to ship to anywhere that is not a hub your animals may be shipped UPS, USPS, or FedEx. (LAG) Live arrival guarantee with shipping for hold at hub. Holding at hub keeps your animals from having to sit outside or in a mail box in the elements. Cool packs or heat packs will be used if temperatures are below 50F or above 80F.
There will be no Live arrival guarantee for shipping outside of a hub if temperatures are below 50F or above 80F. If shipping to a home address LAG will be void if overnight shipping is not chosen.
All sellers ship independently, shipping will be calculated per seller.

We ship Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. This prevents the box from sitting at the hub over the weekend.
When checking out please include your phone number and email address for the shipping label. FedEx does check names when you are picking up a box. Please make sure all information is the same.
We reserve the right to hold shipments due to bad weather.
All boxes will ship out the week fallowing payment. So if you pay on Sunday it will ship out the Monday- Wednesday right after. If you pay on a Monday your box will ship the fallowing Monday- Wednesday.
All dry goods will go out USPS, UPS or fedex.
Refund Policy
No Returns or Refunds
(LAG) Live Arrival Guarantee is VOID if any of the following occur:
If The shipping address provided is incorrect.
If shipment is not received on the first delivery attempt.
If the box is left at the Hub overnight after the box was available for pick up.
If no messages with photo proof is sent of DOAs (Dead On Arrivals) with in 1 hour of the box being in the recipients possession.
