How do I place a bid?
Create an account, open an auction listing, and submit your bid before the timer ends.
Are bids binding?
Yes. All bids are legally binding.
How long do winning bidders have to pay?
You have 48 hours to complete auction payment. Non-payment may result in cancellation or account action.
What happens if a winning bidder does not pay?
The seller may cancel the sale and the account may receive warnings, penalties, or suspension.
Where does shipping apply?
Current shipping region is United States only.
How do I submit a dispute?
Try resolving with the other party by email first. If unresolved, submit the dispute by email to isopodkeepers@gmail.com.
