Shipping Policy

All LIVE ORDERS will ship via FedEx.

LAG (Live Arrival Guarantee) on all shipments. You must show proof of DOAs upon unboxing, within ONE hour of receipt.

We always pack with phase packs/heat packs/cold packs if weather deems necessary.

Botanicals and other dry good auctions will be sent via USPS priority mail.

Each seller ships independently, shipping is calculated per seller:

$30 for 2-Day Shipping
$60 for Overnight Shipping
$10 Shipping per botanicals auction win

If you purchase from more than one seller, you’ll see separate shipping charges for each.

We (The Philo Den) ship Monday - Wednesday each week to avoid any shipments being held over the weekend.

If you are not able to immediately receive your order, requesting to hold at the closest FedEx hub is the best shipping option. If using Hold For Pickup, please include a phone number and email address in your shipping notes.

**If your area has temperatures that exceed 85°F or are below 45°F, your order will be shipped and held at your local FedEx facility via “Hold For Pickup” unless you state otherwise.

**You will be notified when your order is shipped. Please ensure the name on the order matches the name on the ID of the person who will be picking it up.

Live Arrival Guarantee is voided if the following occurs: incorrect shipping address, shipment not received on the first delivery attempt, declining on Hold For Pickup, or no message is sent with photo proof within 2 hours.
