Shipping Policy
FedEx only. LAG (Live Arrival Guarantee) only with hold at hub for pickup. This is to ensure the safety of your Isopods. We always pack with Cryos/Heatpacks/Gel Packs when necessary.
Each seller ships independently, shipping is calculated per seller:
$30 for 2-Day Shipping
$60 for Overnight Shipping
If you purchase from more than one seller, you’ll see separate shipping charges for each.
We ship Monday - Wednesday to avoid any shipments being held over weekend.
If you are not able to immediately receive your order, hold at the closest post office is the best shipping option. If using Hold For Pickup, please include a phone number and email in your shipping notes.
If your area’s temperatures are below 40°F and above 90°F, your order will be shipped and held at your local FedEx facility via “Hold For Pickup” unless you stated otherwise. You will be notified when your order is shipped. Please ensure the name on the order matches the name on the ID of the person who will be picking it up. Otherwise LAG will be voided.

Refund Policy
LAG Coverage Details
- Clear photo/video evidence of DOA animals is required within the appropriate reporting window:
- Same day for Hold for Pickup
- Within 2 hours for FedEx Overnight home delivery
- LAG covers only the number of animals purchased.
- Example: If you buy 10 and receive 15, but 2 arrive DOA, LAG does not apply because the full purchased quantity was still received.
