Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG) Policy

Each seller ships independently, shipping is calculated per seller: $30 for 2-Day Shipping $60 for Overnight Shipping $10 Shipping per botanicals auction win

I take every precaution to ensure your invertebrates arrive healthy and safely.

Shipping Standards

We ship Monday – Wednesday to avoid any shipments being held over weekend. My default shipping day is Tuesday- please message me if you would prefer a Monday or Wednesday shipment.

Every order is shipped in an insulated box with a Phase Pack to help maintain a stable temperature during transit.

Heat packs or cold packs will be added as needed based on the weather and shipping conditions.

Animals will only be shipped when weather conditions are considered safe for transport.

If you are not able to immediately receive your order upon delivery, you must select hold for pickup at a FedEx hub of your choice.

Shipping Requirements

FedEx Hold for Pickup is required when temperatures at either the origin or destination are below 50°F or above 80°F.

Some species are only eligible for FedEx Priority Overnight shipping. This will be clearly stated in the product description.

Unless otherwise specified, orders will ship via FedEx Priority 2Day. Customers may choose to upgrade to FedEx Priority Overnight at checkout, if available.

Live Arrival Guarantee Requirements

To qualify for the Live Arrival Guarantee:

Any DOA (Dead on Arrival) must be reported within one (1) hour of package pickup or delivery.

If your order is shipped to a residential address, the package must be brought indoors within one (1) hour of the recorded delivery time.

Clear photos of the deceased animal(s) in the original, unopened packaging may be required before any replacement or refund is considered.

Failure to meet these requirements will void the Live Arrival Guarantee.

Live Arrival Guarantee is voided if the following occurs: incorrect shipping address, shipment not received on the first delivery attempt, declining on Hold For Pickup, or no message is sent with photo proof within 1 hours

Weather & Shipping Delays

The safety of the animals always comes first. If I determine that weather or shipping conditions are not safe, I will delay shipment until conditions improve. I will be reaching out to coordinate with you if I feel conditions are not safe for shipping. I appreciate your patience and understanding, as the health of the animals is my highest priority.

Some inverts I carry will require priority overnight shipping with hold for pickup.  This will be listed in any auction that this applies.

Local Pickup

Local pickup and meetups are available throughout the Philadelphia region by arrangement.
