Shipping Policy
WE DO NOT SHIP TO FLORIDA OR CALIFORNIA!
We only ship live orders on mondays and tuesdays to avoid any shipments being held over weekend. We always pack with Cryos/Heatpacks/Gel Packs when necessary.
We primarily use UPS but upon request we can ship FedEx. All packages have LAG (Live Arrival Guarantee) and must make contact within 1 hour of drop off if there is a problem with pictures or LAG wont apply.
If you are not able to immediately receive your order, hold at the closest post office is the best shipping option. If using Hold For Pickup, please include a phone number and email in your shipping notes.
If your area’s temperatures are below 40°F and above 90°F, your order will be shipped and held at your local FedEx facility via “Hold For Pickup” unless you stated otherwise. You will be notified when your order is shipped. Please ensure the name on the order matches the name on the ID of the person who will be picking it up.
Each seller ships independently, shipping is calculated per seller:
$35 for 2-Day Shipping
$60 for Overnight Shipping
$10 Shipping per botanicals auction win
If you purchase from more than one seller, you’ll see separate shipping charges for each.
