Shipping Options: FedEx 2‑Day or FedEx Overnight
- - FedEx 2‑Day
    - Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG) applies only when the package is shipped Hold for Pickup to an official FedEx Hub.
    - If you select FedEx 2‑Day and do not choose a FedEx Hub, your order will be shipped to the nearest eligible FedEx Hub by default, unless you provide different instructions at checkout.
  - FedEx Overnight
    - LAG applies when any issues are reported within 2 hours of home delivery.
    - Home delivery is only covered under LAG when using FedEx Overnight.
Hold for Pickup (Recommended)
- Extended LAG applies when issues are reported the same day the package arrives at the hub.
- All Hold for Pickup orders must be picked up the same day they arrive.
- Walgreens, Dollar General, and similar retail stores are not valid FedEx Hold for Pickup locations.
LAG Requirements
- All claims must include clear photo/video evidence taken on the day of arrival.
- Overcounts may be included, but LAG covers only the purchased quantity.

LAG is valid only when destination temperatures are 40°F–90°F (unless otherwise noted).
We may delay shipping during unsafe weather.
Heat/cold packs included at no extra cost when needed.

To qualify for LAG:

Provide clear photo/video evidence of DOA animals.
Submit evidence:
- Same day for Hold for Pickup
- Within 2 hours for home delivery (where applicable)
