    Awesome vendor, excellent customer service

    We were about to head on vacation after winning two auctions, and the vendor had no issues holding our order until we were back home. All the isopods arrived alive and thriving. My 14 yo daughter was excited to get her new babies into their homes and was super excited with the extra gifts she received with the shipment. Will order from this vendor again, and would recommend them to anyone looking for new isopods.

    Fantastic!

    Everything about my experience was fantastic! She walked me through the entire process being a first time buyer, instructed me how to safely receive my new pods, and checked in with me until my order arrived. I did have one missing order of glaciers that was overlooked due to human error but as soon as I reached out she went back and looked and was super apologetic! Super easy to work with in finding a resolution. I just bought more pods! (Because I wanted to!!!). Customer service is unmatched and I can't wait to do business again!

    Fantastic customer service

    I won 4 auctions last week, the shipping got combined automatically. She setup a hold at the fedex hub for me since it has been hot in the area. Once I got them home I noticed that one of the rubber ducky cups had been miscounted but all of the isopods looked great. I let her know thinking that I'd probably order more in the future and she could fix it then. Before I could say anything else she had overnighted the missing duckies plus a couple and some bonus white sharks! Im very impressed with the size and health of the isopods and like I said the customer service is unmatched. Its tough because I've encountered so many great vendors here but I will absolutely buy from Rollie Pollie Posse again.

    You can’t go wrong when purchasing from them. They go above and beyond. The Rollie Pollie Posse is now our go to. My son has started his isopod journey not very long ago and Kristen has been fantastic! We had a large order and every single isopod was healthy and happy.

    Phenomenal Customer Service and Amazing Pods!

    Kristen at the Rollie Pollie Posse is absolutely fantastic to work with and the customer service is truly second to none!! My White Sharks are so adorable and I LOVED the extra freebies. I look forward to ordering more of her pods in the future 😊 Updated since I've placed more orders with TRPP: Phenomenal and TOP TIER shop!     Loved my pineapples

    I unpacked over 100 pods tonight from them out of 7 or 8 containers. I only had 1 DOA out of all of them, and none that seemed to be ones to keep an eye on. All were happy and eager to explore their new homes

    Castledaccia, Piedra Blanca, and a Bonus!

    I have won 2 times from Rollie Pollie Posse and could not be happier to have done business with them. Communication was excellent, shipping was extremely fast, and Kristen even threw in a bonus of Red Pandas! Awesome seller, generous over count, and highly recommend. She even took the time to try and get me the color Castledaccia that I prefer by picking through them. Will definitely buy from again!
