    I couldn't be happier with my experience ordering from The Rollie Pollie Posse! Shipping was incredibly fast, and the customer service was absolutely amazing. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and what they do. My order arrived with some awesome little extras, including adorable 3D-printed isopods, stickers, and feeding dishes, which was such a nice surprise. And as if that wasn't enough, they even surprised me with some Sakura isopods! It's those little extra touches that really make an order special. Everything was great from start to finish, and I'll definitely be ordering from them again. Highly recommend The Rollie Pollie Posse!

    Amazing experience!!

    Everything was packaged with extreme care. Seller was super communicative and friendly, and the extras are LOVELY (my toddler is obsessed with the 3D printed isopods). Extra freebies were absolutely stunning, and everything arrived safely! I will be purchasing more in the future!

    Always a great experience. Outstanding animals, and great shipping practices. One of the things that stands out to me about The Rollie Pollie Posse, though, is the communication. It's truly some of the best in hobby from my experience. You will never get a shipment before you expect it which I have had happen a number of times with other sellers. It tells me that the pods are not disposable to them, and they value their customer's time and how they experience their company. Whenever I want to buy isopods, they are one of the first companies I seek out to see what they have available.

    Awesome vendor, excellent customer service

    We were about to head on vacation after winning two auctions, and the vendor had no issues holding our order until we were back home. All the isopods arrived alive and thriving. My 14 yo daughter was excited to get her new babies into their homes and was super excited with the extra gifts she received with the shipment. Will order from this vendor again, and would recommend them to anyone looking for new isopods.

    Fantastic!

    Everything about my experience was fantastic! She walked me through the entire process being a first time buyer, instructed me how to safely receive my new pods, and checked in with me until my order arrived. I did have one missing order of glaciers that was overlooked due to human error but as soon as I reached out she went back and looked and was super apologetic! Super easy to work with in finding a resolution. I just bought more pods! (Because I wanted to!!!). Customer service is unmatched and I can't wait to do business again!

    Fantastic customer service

    I won 4 auctions last week, the shipping got combined automatically. She setup a hold at the fedex hub for me since it has been hot in the area. Once I got them home I noticed that one of the rubber ducky cups had been miscounted but all of the isopods looked great. I let her know thinking that I'd probably order more in the future and she could fix it then. Before I could say anything else she had overnighted the missing duckies plus a couple and some bonus white sharks! Im very impressed with the size and health of the isopods and like I said the customer service is unmatched. Its tough because I've encountered so many great vendors here but I will absolutely buy from Rollie Pollie Posse again.

    You can’t go wrong when purchasing from them. They go above and beyond. The Rollie Pollie Posse is now our go to. My son has started his isopod journey not very long ago and Kristen has been fantastic! We had a large order and every single isopod was healthy and happy.
