Excellent Overall Experience
Have gotten multiple packages from them and have never had any issues. Their isopods arrive healthy and they are very generous. They have very cute stickers as well as freebies that I love.

Quality Pods & Springtails!
I won a few auctions for Yellow and Thai Red springtails and they all came on thick clay small cultures which is great for keeping them till you have a larger setup for them. I also added a Vulgare Gem Mix to my won auctions to ship together and they came with a great variety of colors! Good sized and active isopods! They’ve even already had two broods of babies. Will definitely order from them again!

Amazing!
Communicated with me so the shipment would arrive on a day I would be home and there were even some bonus pods in the shipment! Everyone arrived alive and happy. Springtails were also packaged well and easy to distribute across a few of my isopod bins. 10/10 would buy from again.

Active and healthy isopods!!!
Great communication and prompt response. Isopods were packed with care and were active when I placed them in their new homes. Will definitely order from Thephiloden in the future, and seek them out at expos here in the Pacific Northwest.

Great seller to work with A+++
The seller went out of their way to upgrade my shipping to one day because she was worried about my hot weather here in Las Vegas. She wouldn’t let me pay the difference in shipping price. Will definitely buy from again !!!!
