1. Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG)

We guarantee live arrival on all orders when temperatures at both origin and destination are between 55°F–90°F.

Someone must be available to receive the package on first delivery attempt.

If DOA occurs, buyer must contact within 1 hour of delivery with clear photos of unopened contents.

2. Shipping Policy

Orders ship Monday–Wednesday to avoid weekend delays.

Carrier and speed are selected based on weather and safety of livestock.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers once the package is in transit.

3. Weather Conditions

We reserve the right to hold shipments if temperatures are unsafe.

Heat packs, cold packs, or insulation may be used at our discretion.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is required within agreed timeframe or items may be released to the next buyer.

No holds without confirmed payment unless discussed in advance.

5. Auction Rules

All bids are final.

Failure to pay may result in removal from future sales.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the nature of live animals, all sales are final.

No refunds or exchanges unless covered under LAG.

7. Responsibility Disclaimer

By purchasing, buyer acknowledges responsibility for proper care upon arrival.

We are not responsible for losses due to improper husbandry after delivery.

8. Order Adjustments

We may substitute equal or higher count if necessary to ensure quality.

We often include extras at our discretion.

9. Communication

Clear communication is expected on both sides.

Failure to respond in a timely manner may delay shipping & LAG outcomes.
